IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION

General

Please check your booking carefully before confirming – all sales are final and money
cannot be refunded, except in the case of a cancelled event; or our ability, at our discretion, to sell the ticket(s) you have ordered on your behalf (see “Refunds” below).

When you place your order, the Box Office will allocate tickets according to availability. Nearer the date of the performance, seating is likely to become more restricted, and it may be advisable to ring the Box Office (please see our website at www.klogs.co.uk) to confirm that you will be able to obtain the seats you require.

All seats are numbered.

While we will try to accommodate requests for specific seats, this cannot always be guaranteed. Please contact the Box Office by email or telephone at the earliest opportunity if you have any such requests.

KLOG reserves the right to change artists or programmes as necessary and also to refuse admission to latecomers at any event until a suitable break or at the first interval.

Concessions/group discounts

Concessions are available for all performances for children below the age of 14. For Tuesday evening and Saturday matinee performances, we also offer concessions for:

  • children below the age of 16;
  • senior citizens (65+);
  • students (on production of an NUS card); and
  • the unemployed (on production of evidence).

If you order 10 or more tickets in one transaction, we will provide one ticket free (buy 10, pay only for 9). This offer is applicable to individual transactions and only one free ticket will be offered, no matter how many tickets (more than 10) are ordered. This offer is not available online, so if you wish to take advantage of it, please call the Box Office or email us.

Transaction charge

A £1 transaction charge applies to all online sales. Please use the shopping cart facility to book as many tickets as possible under the same transaction, in order to avoid incurring more than one transaction fee. Transaction fees are not refundable in any event. This sum is to cover the charges of our online service provider.

Collection/postage of tickets

All tickets must be collected from the Box Office at least 15 minutes before the relevant performance begins. The Box Office will open approximately 45 minutes before each performance. Any tickets which are unclaimed, without notice, 15 minutes before the start of the performance may be sold to the general public, and in such cases refunds will be made only on request.

Alternatively, you can choose to have your tickets posted (first-class), for an additional £1 per mailing. This option is only available on bookings made at least 5 days prior to the show, to ensure that there is sufficient time for you to receive your order. We regret that we cannot post tickets overseas.

Orders involving concession rate tickets cannot be posted, and will be left for collection at the Box Office. Proof of eligibility will be required upon collection. Only one concession may apply per ticket.

Refunds

Please note that we are normally unable to refund ticket orders. However, at our discretion we will endeavour to swap or refund ticket orders, on the following basis:

  • No swap or refund can be made on the day of the relevant performance, other than at the discretion of the Box Office. Please try to ensure that you return tickets and/or contact the Box Office as early as possible.
  • If you are unable to attend a performance and wish to swap your tickets for another performance, we will facilitate that, subject to sufficient seats being available for that other performance. We cannot guarantee that all seats for that other performance will be together: that will depend on availability. Please note that, if your existing order includes concessions that are not available for that other performance, you will have to pay the outstanding sum before we can effect the change. If tickets have been posted to you at your request, we will be unable to confirm the transfer until we have received the tickets back from you, which you post at your own risk. Please contact the Box Office to discuss in the first instance.
  • If you are unable to attend at all, and wish to seek a refund, please contact the Box Office. We will be able to make refunds only once all other tickets for the relevant performance have been sold and, if your tickets have already been posted to you, on our receipt of those tickets.
